Investing in property can reap long term rewards. Managing the upkeep of assets in a property portfolio takes time and investment, with considerations such as refurbishment, Cat A&B fit out and life cycle works all having an impact on lease-ability, attracting and retaining the best tenants or providing better services for existing users. Below are two projects we’ve recently completed.
130 Wood Street
In August 2012, we completed works at 130 Wood Street, on behalf of Land Securities. The project entailed project management, contract administration and quantity surveying for the refurbishment of the 5th floor back to high quality, Cat A, grade A office space. The space totalled 8,665ft2 and works were carried out whilst the building was in occupation.
80 Victoria Street
A2W Consultants provided project management, contract administration and quantity surveying services to Land Securities for the refurbishment of part of the 4th floor. The project required strip out and Car A refurbishment comprising of 14,500ft2.
