Information

Lee has over 20 years of experience in development consultancy. He has worked on many residential-led mixed-used urban regeneration schemes in the South of England and the Midlands.

Lee has managed teams including in-house planners, sales mangers and architects; he was responsible for all aspects of site acquisition and subsequent planning management processes. Once successful consents were achieved Lee handed over the developments to the construction team for delivery – later again becoming involved to keep a close control on specification, quality control and sales.

He is now mainly focused on sourcing new land opportunities to be developed within the business as well as project manager on behalf of A2W Consultants.
